Shipping policy

Everything on the site is in stock. You order it, we make it and send it. There is no queue and no waiting list.

Where we ship

The United States and 70+ countries internationally. Available destinations and live rates are shown at checkout. If your country appears at checkout, we ship there.

Rates and delivery estimates

United States: standard shipping is 8.00 USD, and free on orders of 70.00 USD or more. Express is 15.00 USD. International rates are calculated at checkout based on destination.

Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Once a parcel is handed to the carrier, its progress is in the carrier's hands and outside our control.

Orders with more than one item

Multiple items ship together once every piece is ready, unless you ask us to split them.

Customs, duties and import taxes

International orders may attract customs duties, import VAT, or handling fees on arrival. These are set by your country, not by us, and they are not included in the price you pay at checkout. They are your responsibility as the importer, and your carrier will usually collect them before delivery.

If a parcel is refused or abandoned because of unpaid import charges, we can refund the goods but not the outbound shipping, and only if the parcel is returned to us intact.

Address accuracy

We ship to the address you enter at checkout, so please check it. If you spot a mistake, email support@markoathletics.com immediately. We can usually correct it before fulfilment, but not after.

Lost, delayed or damaged parcels

If tracking has not moved for 10 business days, or your order arrives damaged, email us with your order number. We will open a carrier claim and replace or refund the order. You do not need to fight the carrier yourself.
