Refund policy

Everything is in stock and ships as soon as your order is made. Free size exchanges within 30 days.

Size exchanges

If it does not fit, we will send you the right size free of charge within 30 days of delivery. Email support@markoathletics.com with your order number and the size you want instead.

In most cases we will not ask you to send the first one back. Returning a garment costs more than it is worth to us, and we would rather you passed it to someone who trains than paid for postage. If we do need it back we will send a prepaid label.

Returns for refund

You have 30 days from delivery to request a refund for any reason. The garment needs to come back unworn and unwashed, with tags attached, in its original packaging. Tried on is fine. Trained in is not, because once a garment has been worn for a session we cannot resell it.

Start a return by emailing support@markoathletics.com. Please do not ship anything back before you hear from us, because parcels sent without an agreed return authorisation cannot be processed and we will not know whose they are.

Return shipping on a change-of-mind refund is at your cost. Return shipping on a size exchange, a fault, or our error is on us.

Cancelling an order

Email us as soon as you can. If your order has not gone into production we will cancel it and refund you in full. Once it is being made we cannot stop it, but you still have the 30 day return window above.

Faults, damage, and our mistakes

Check your order when it arrives. If an item is defective, damaged, or simply not what you ordered, email us with your order number and a photograph and we will make it right, by replacement or full refund, your choice. We cover the return shipping. This is separate from and in addition to your statutory rights. Tell us within 7 days of delivery if you can, because that is the window our manufacturer works to and it makes the fix faster.

European Union 14 day cooling-off period

If your order ships into the European Union you may cancel or return it within 14 days of delivery for any reason and without justification, in addition to the 30 day window above. The same condition requirements apply.

Refund timing

We will tell you as soon as we have received and inspected your return, and whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take several more days to post it. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund and you have not seen it, email us.

What we cannot take back

Gift cards. Anything made to order or personalised specifically for you. Anything returned outside the windows above, or returned worn, washed, or without tags.

Returns address

Returns are issued a specific address at the time we authorise them, because the correct destination depends on where your order was fulfilled from. Email us and we will send it with your label.
