We publish real garment measurements on every product so you can order once and be right. If we still got you the wrong size, that's a problem we should pay to fix — not you.

Cancelling a pre-order
Before your order ships you can cancel it for a full refund, no reason required. Email us and it's done. This is separate from and in addition to your rights under the FTC pre-order rules described on the shipping page.
Why we do it this way
Charging for size exchanges saves a few dollars per return and costs you the customer. On a first run, one person telling a friend "they sorted it out, no argument" is worth far more than the shipping label.
