Size exchanges are free.
We publish real garment measurements on every product so you can order once and be right. If we still got you the wrong size, that's a problem we should pay to fix — not you.
The terms

You usually don't have to send the first one back
Returning a tee costs more in postage than it is worth to us. In most cases we would rather you passed it to someone who trains than paid to ship it back. If we do need it, we send a prepaid label.
Cancelling an order
Everything is made once you order it. Email us before it goes into production and we cancel and refund in full, no reason required. Once it is being made we can't stop the line — but the 30-day window above still applies the moment it lands.
Why we do it this way
Charging for size exchanges saves a few dollars per return and costs you the customer. On a first run, one person telling a friend "they sorted it out, no argument" is worth far more than the shipping label.

Email support@markoathletics.com with your order number and what you need. A person reads it, and you'll hear back within one business day, Monday to Friday, US Eastern time.
Please wait to hear from us before shipping anything back — parcels that arrive without an agreed return can't be matched to an order.
