THE CLIMB IS THE POINT

No summit. Only the next one.
Most gym brands sell a picture of the finish line. There isn't one.
Progressive overload is the entire mechanism of getting stronger — you add a little, you adapt, you add a little more, for as long as you keep showing up. That isn't the discouraging part. It's the good part.
Our mark is two peaks because the work is a climb. We build for people mid-route. Rest days are part of the climb, and we're never going to tell you otherwise.
The founding cohort
300 numbered. Then never again.
A first ascent is the first successful climb of a route. It happens once — every later climber is a repeat. That's the whole idea.
When the 300 are gone the cohort closes. We won't reopen it, extend it, or quietly add a few more.
