3,600 FT · WHY WE EXIST
No summit. Only the next one.
Most gym brands sell you a picture of the finish line. Get lean enough, lift heavy enough, and you'll arrive.
There's no arriving. Progressive overload is the entire mechanism of getting stronger — you add a little, you adapt, you add a little more. The number goes up for as long as you keep showing up. That isn't the discouraging part. It's the good part.
Our mark is two peaks because the work is a climb. We build for people mid-route — not the ones already at the top, and not the ones who quit in February.
Rest is part of it
You will not find a single line on this site telling you that sleep is for the weak or that you should train through an injury. Recovery is when adaptation actually happens. A brand that guilts you into overtraining isn't motivating you, it's just churning through customers.
We publish the spec
Every product page carries the fabric weight, the blend, the construction, and real garment measurements for every size — measured flat, not on a body.
Not because it's clever marketing. Because "true to size" is not information, and you shouldn't have to gamble on a fit. Vague sizing is the single biggest reason apparel gets sent back, and we'd rather you order once and keep it.
The name
Marko is a family name. There's no committee behind it and no investor deck. If something here is wrong, it's wrong because of a decision a person made, and that person will fix it.
